Family Support Night, Broken Arrow

Transracial families are confronted with a unique set of issues and concerns that require careful thought, preparation, and ongoing training. This month we will discuss what makes transracial adoptive families unique. We will talk about why it is important to talk about race with our families, how to talk about race and how to increase bi-culturalism in our homes!

Family support night is hosted by Legacy Family Network, who partners with Family Hope House to provide educational content to assist foster, adoptive, and guardianship parents utilize trauma-informed parenting skills.
