Our Annual Fundraiser
Boots and Barbeque, held every year, is Family Hope House’s signature fundraising event. This year’s event will be hosted on the sprawling Cedar Rock Inn estate. This outdoor, harvest celebration offers a fun evening of dinner, live music, auction and more.
Boots and Barbeque is responsible for raising nearly half of the organization’s annual giving, allowing Family Hope House to provide mental health services and support to hundreds of local foster and adoptive families each year.
The event planning team is a fun and creative volunteer committee who plans and hosts the entire event!
Sponsorship Opportunities
Gold Sponsorship ($2,500)
When you become a gold sponsor, you are giving a year of therapy services to a family in crisis who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment.
8 complimentary tickets to Boots and Barbeque
One-night stay for two at the Cedar Rock Inn the night of the event, November 3rd (first 5 sponsorships made before 10/14)

Silver Sponsorship ($1,500)
As a silver sponsor, you are ensuring at least 8 families are able to participate in a support group specialized to meet their unique needs as a foster or adoptive parent.

Bronze ($750)
Bronze sponsors are helping FHH advocate for children in foster care or adopted from foster care by building online resources to which our community currently does not have access.

Custom Sponsorship
The needs of the foster care, adoptive, and guardianship communities are as unique as each family member represented. Your custom sponsorship allows FHH the ability to create individualized treatment plans designed for their success.
Is there a specific portion of the event or organizational daily operations you’d like to sponsor? Maybe you’d like to host the entertainment, bar or photo booth! We would love to customize a unique sponsorship package for you!
